Q- How can I receive a copy of a Sale Contract?

Q- I selected to have my listing on the Homepage and it is not showing, why?
A- The Homepage listings are rotating per click or reload. This way your property will have multiple exposures. Buyers may also see your listing on the general directory on the CURRENT ADS as well.

Q- Can I choose to have the buyers contact me instead of calling the Toll Free Number?
A- Absolutely. By adding your phone number on the listing, buyers will be able to reach you directly. However, by not prescreening your callers, you are exposing yourself to calls from realtors, telemarketers and from window shoppers. Moreover, by having the prospects information beforehand, you avoid having criminals over who may act as buyers and come into your house to check your belongings and your security system capability.

Q- Can I pay cash for my listing?
A- We would like you to feel secure when doing transactions with FSBFO that is the reason we only take Paypal payments. Our services may become free if the buyers use our financing products. It is easier for you to receive the credit back to your credit card and it will serve as verification that you have received your funds back.

Q- Can I modify the listings information?
A- Any modification can be email to fsbfo@newwavefinancial.com and we will do it for you. This way, we can make the buyers feel more comfortable about the information listed on your advertisement. The change will take place within four hours.

Q- When will I receive the FSBFO welcome kit?
A- You will receive your sign by mail within three business day.

Q- Can I get my listing on the MLS?
A- The site was built for owners to advertise by themselves. However, if you opt to list your property on the MLS, we will put you in contact with REALTOR BROKER, not a REALTOR AGENT.

Q- If I list my site on the MLS, can I still list on For Sale By Florida Owners Site?
A- Absolutely. Please advice your realtor that we will be calling give the buyers information. Remember if the buyers use our financing services, your listing fee will be refunded.

Q- Why will I want the clients to get their mortgages through New Wave Financial?
A- The answer is simple. We provide this gateway for sellers to advertise their deals and we want those properties to sell fast so we add more incentives to the buyers such as 150 mortgage programs, we take no application fees, no credit report fees, and we will credit the appraisal fees when they close on their mortgage with us. Q- Can I use New Wave Financial for my mortgage needs and get the same credit as the buyers?
A- Of course. Please keep a copy of your WebID Number to show that you had a previous business relationship with New Wave Financial..

Q- What is the catch for all those incentives that you give to your clients?
A- We are not trying to be the biggest mortgage business, but we would like to make the difference. We have our sellers advertising awsome deals, and buyers looking for great opportunities. Therefore, we would like to chip in. It is a win-win situation for everyone. Many right things can go wrong while getting approved for a mortgage loan. We do not get clients into traps to make a commission out of their deals. We are proud to participate in their welcoming to homeownership.
