A. No. We are a Registered Marketing Company working together with a Florida-licensed Mortgage Brokerage Business.
Q. Is the Mortgage Consultant the same as a loan officer?
A. No, a loan officer is paid to generate loans ($500/closed loans) while an Independent Financial Agent will be able to assist clients with a variety of financial services, such as Loan reference, Income Taxes, Incorporation, Credit Repair, Debt Management, Loan Processing.
Q. Do I have to have a licensed and go through trainings?
A. To originate loan, Yes.. To be a marketing officer, No... You will be require to attend group training or simply go to our learning forum which is available online.
Q. What if I am an Student or not working, can I apply?
A. Yes. We are an equal oportunity employer.
Q. Do I have to invest a large amount of money?
A. No. All you will invest is $200* for your application and background check.
*Since we are not seeking to profit from this fee, we will refund this investment amount upon the processing of your first mortgage loan.
